These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bandhoo Culture website and your purchase of products from Bandhoo Culture, operated by Hona Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

We currently sell and ship products within India only.

2. Our products

Bandhoo Culture creates relationship-focused designs inspired by the people, names and connections that make our lives meaningful.

Our products are generally made to order. This means that a product is produced specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as conventional ready-made inventory.

Product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and other specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because screens and devices can display colours differently, there may be minor differences between the colour shown on your screen and the physical product.

Likewise, minor variations that do not affect the quality, functionality or intended appearance of a product may occur as part of the manufacturing and printing process.

3. Product availability

Products, sizes, colours and variants are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue or temporarily suspend a product or variant at any time.

If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout as required.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and information are accurate. If a significant pricing or product information error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the price displayed at checkout.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has entered production.

Because our products are made to order, orders may move into production shortly after being placed.

6. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact orders@bandhooculture.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before production or fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.

7. Payment

We currently accept the payment methods made available at checkout, including eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

COD availability depends on the delivery location and serviceability of the relevant PIN code.

For COD orders, payment is due when the order is delivered.

If an order is refused or repeatedly unavailable for delivery, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment or delivery facility. Additional costs may apply if a subsequent delivery attempt is requested.

8. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within India.

Our products are made to order and are processed before being handed over to our fulfillment and delivery partners.

For most orders, we estimate approximately 5–10 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Some locations, particularly remote areas or locations served through India Post or other services with longer delivery times, may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are provided as reasonable estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because Bandhoo Culture products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, selects the wrong colour or variant, or no longer wants the product.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly supplied, materially different from what you ordered, or otherwise affected by a manufacturing or fulfillment issue, please contact us at orders@bandhooculture.com within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

10. Product care

Please follow any care instructions provided with your product or on the relevant product page.

Damage resulting from improper use, washing, drying, ironing, storage, alteration or other handling outside the recommended care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Bandhoo Culture website, including but not limited to:

  • brand names and logos;

  • artwork and designs;

  • graphics and illustrations;

  • photographs;

  • product descriptions;

  • written content;

  • website design and layout; and

  • other original materials

is owned by or licensed to Hona Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Bandhoo Culture's designs, artwork, branding or other protected content without prior written permission.

12. User conduct

You agree not to use our website:

  • for any unlawful purpose;

  • to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts;

  • to submit fraudulent orders or payment information;

  • to misuse promotions, discounts or other offers; or

  • to infringe the rights of Bandhoo Culture or any third party.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website, product information and pricing accurate and current.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.

We may update website content, products, prices, designs, features or services from time to time.

We work with third-party service providers to operate and fulfill orders placed through Bandhoo Culture.

These may include payment providers, technology providers, shipping providers and fulfillment partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with your use of the Bandhoo Culture website or purchase of products will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of India, subject to any consumer rights or jurisdictional rights available to you under applicable law.
